While historic woodwork and restoration is a little out of the mainstream for a large general contractor, we are very pleased that we chose to hire Stuart Brown and Tudor Woodworks to restore the bar of the 21C Museum Hotel. Now that the work is finished and the restaurant is oen for business, it’s easy to forget that nearly all of the woodwork was removed for modern mechanical and electrical work, and needed major repairs due to years of neglect, water damage, and inferior modifications in the past. Throughout the project, Stuart and Erin were a pleasure to work with, made their deadlines, and the final product speaks for itself. The historic woodwork in the Savory Grill shines due to Stuart’s craftsmanship and attention to detail.
