John Knox Village
We used our reverse oxidation process to remove discoloration in the beams running the length and width of their indoor pool. The scope of work consisted of sanding all 5 beams, treating them with a solution to remove the areas of discoloration, and applying new stain. Our team completed everything within 13 days, one day sooner than the original required 14 days.

21 C Savoy Bar & Grill
We had the privilege of restoring a celebrated building in Kansas City history. Our scope of work was mostly centered on the historical bar and grill, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and is also included in the Smithsonian Institution’s “Bicentennial Inventory of American Paintings” the scope of work was substantial, in both scale and complexity. We were first hired to repair and restore all woodwork in the bar and grill area, conserving the originality of all woodwork, as the job progressed the scope increased to advising on instillation of new fire suppression and repair to the lime plaster ceiling and electrical and mechanical runs throughout the room. With the increased in scope to allow access we ended up removing nearly 2,000 pieces of woodwork and trim, all of these pieces were numbered, mapped, repaired, restored and returned back to the original location. The work was performed within budget and on time.
