Early 18th c. Oak Dresser Base
This West Country dresser base is a very early example, dating from 1695 - 1715, the lower doors are attached with dovetail hinges nailed on with period hand forged nails. This piece has a beautiful patina and color. The rack complements this piece well, but is of a later date.
Made of English quarter sawn white oak.
